Privacy Policy

OpenAPIFuse is an early-stage product. This policy describes what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We will update it as the platform matures; significant changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
1. What we collect
When you create an account or use OpenAPIFuse, we collect:
- Account information — your name, email address, and a hashed password.
- Uploaded OpenAPI specifications — the OpenAPI documents you upload to your projects, including their content.
- Mappings and project data — the mappings, transformations, and project configurations you create in the app.
- Subscription and billing information (if you upgrade) — we use a third-party payment processor to handle payments; we receive plan and billing status, not card numbers.
- Operational logs — request logs, error traces, and basic usage telemetry, used to keep the service running and debug issues.
2. Why we collect it
We use this data to:
- Authenticate your account and protect it from unauthorized access.
- Generate MCP servers and run mappings on your specifications — the core purpose of OpenAPIFuse.
- Provide customer support.
- Bill you accurately (paid plans only).
- Improve the product, fix bugs, and monitor service health.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share your uploaded specs or mappings with third parties for marketing.
3. Where it lives
Your data is stored on cloud infrastructure we manage. Connections to OpenAPIFuse use TLS encryption. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes.
4. Third parties
We use a small number of trusted providers to operate the service — for example, cloud hosting, payment processing, transactional email, and error tracking. These providers receive only the data needed to deliver their function. We do not authorize them to use your data for their own marketing.
5. Your choices
- Access — download your projects, specs, and mappings from within the app.
- Delete — email support@openapifuse.io and we'll delete your account and associated data. Deletion is final; we cannot restore deleted projects.
- Correct — update your account details from within the app.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use a small set of cookies for authentication and to keep you signed in. We may collect anonymous usage analytics — page views, navigation patterns, and aggregate engagement signals — to improve OpenAPIFuse and understand how the product is used. These analytics do not identify individual users. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
7. Children
OpenAPIFuse is not intended for users under 16.
8. Changes
We will post updates to this policy here. If a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will notify you in-app or by email.
