Refund Policy

Effective: 14 May 2026

OpenAPIFuse offers a Free tier with no payment required. This policy covers paid plans. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, and refunds are administered through Paddle in line with Paddle's published refund policy. Charges on your bank or card statement may appear as "Paddle" or "PADDLE.NET" rather than "OpenAPIFuse" — that is the same charge.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again.

2. 14-day refund window

You have 14 days from your initial paid subscription charge to request a full refund. This window aligns with EU/UK statutory cooling-off rights and applies to all customers regardless of region.

This window applies to your first paid subscription only. Subscription renewal charges are not refundable under this window — to stop future charges, cancel your subscription before the next billing date.

3. Free tier

The Free tier requires no payment and is not subject to this policy.

4. How to request a refund

You can request a refund in two ways:

Refunds are returned via the original payment method.

5. Fraud and abuse

Refunds are not issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or repeated or manipulative refund requests.

6. Local consumer rights

Where local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction give you stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply.

7. Disputes and chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us at support@openapifuse.io or Paddle buyer support before initiating a chargeback. We can usually resolve issues directly and faster than a chargeback dispute.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
