Terms of Service

Effective: 14 May 2026

OpenAPIFuse is an early-stage product. By using the service, you agree to the terms below. They are written in plain English; if anything is unclear, email support@openapifuse.io and we will explain.

1. Early-access status

OpenAPIFuse is currently in early access. Features may change, break, or be removed as we improve the platform. We aim to give reasonable notice for breaking changes, but during early access we may move faster than we would in a fully stable product.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us at support@openapifuse.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your content and your code

You own the OpenAPI specs, mappings, and configurations you create on the platform. You also own the MCP servers and other code OpenAPIFuse generates from your inputs — including exported Spring Boot artifacts. There is no OpenAPIFuse runtime dependency in the generated code; you can host, modify, and distribute it however you like.

You grant us a limited license to your inputs only to the extent needed to operate the service — for example, storing your specs so we can render them in your project and generating code on your behalf.

5. Our platform

The OpenAPIFuse platform itself — the UI, the mapping engine, the integrity checks, the website, branding, and documentation — is owned by OpenAPIFuse. The license above does not transfer ownership of the platform to you.

6. Plans, payment, and changes

Paid plans are billed in advance. Pricing and feature availability may change as the product evolves; current plans are documented at app.openapifuse.io/pricing. We will give reasonable notice before changing your plan price.

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account; the plan continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

7. No warranty

OpenAPIFuse is provided as-is. We do our best to make it reliable, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a specific purpose. You are responsible for testing generated code before deploying it to production.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, OpenAPIFuse and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You can stop using OpenAPIFuse at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or for prolonged inactivity, with reasonable notice where possible.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and announced in-app or by email.
